The One Touch Switch (OTS) process was established by Ofcom to drive choice, convenience and innovation by simplifying the process for switching residential fixed voice and broadband services. The One-Touch Switching Company LTD (TOTSCo) is responsible for delivering the messaging platform that enables OTS and developing industry rules around this.
