This Privacy Policy sets forth how iconectiv entities as further detailed at the end of this Policy ("iconectiv,” "we," "us," or "our") may collect information about you in the course of providing our services and operating our business.

  4. when you otherwise communicate or interact with iconectiv in person or electronically.

Our Privacy Policy concerns the information we collect and how that information may be used, disclosed, transferred, retained or otherwise processed. The Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you access the Site, you may be required to register first in order to receive more information regarding our Services. When you register, we will request certain business information, including your name, title, business address, and business email address. This information will enable us and authorised third parties with whom we share the information to contact you regarding the Services and provide us with aggregate business entity information that we use to improve the Services and the Site for all users.

We may, from time to time, request additional personal information for purposes such as the provision of the Services, customer service, network management, surveys, offers of related services, and other marketing or exchanges of information.

Where we receive your information from a Customer, then that Customer will inform you of the types of information they collect and process.

We may use a third-party to process payments for our Services. The payment processor may collect or receive your personal information (such as credit card number and billing address) for the sole purpose of processing transactions. All payment processors will be bound to maintain your personal information in a secure environment, keep it confidential and not use or disclose such information for any other purpose.

Information Collected Automatically

We collect information about all users of our Site and Services, such as the areas users visit most frequently, and the Services accessed most often. We automatically log IP addresses, session sources, and other data, which tracks users' access to the Site. We analyse these logs in order to understand aggregate user behaviour as well as for system performance monitoring. These logs are analysed for the overall, aggregate trends they reveal about our users, not for individual behaviours.

We also collect information automatically through cookies. A cookie is a small data file that certain web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information that allows a web site to track the pages you've visited. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read other data off your device or read cookie files created by other sites. We use cookies to tell when a user is a repeat visitor and to let us know how the user found the site. They also allow us to automatically link users to their personalised accounts. When you create an account, for certain of our Services, we use a cookie to store a unique, random code. We only use this code to identify you anonymously in our database and to track the pages you visit on our Site. This helps us better understand and improve areas of the Site that our users find valuable.

If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. Though some of the Services require the use of cookies, visitors to the Site always have the option of disabling cookies via their browser preferences. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. However, if you disable or delete cookies some or all of the Services provided via the Site may not be available or work properly.

Information from Third-Party Analytics Providers

We may also use one or more third–party analytics services to evaluate your use of our Site by collecting information and compiling reports on activity (based on collection of IP addresses, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs and other similar usage data) and analysing performance metrics. These third parties use cookies and other technologies to help collect, analyse, and provide us reports or other data. Please be advised that if you reject or delete cookies or opt out of any service, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Site.
By accessing and using our Site, you consent to the processing of data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
As an example, for Google Analytics, please visit: https://www.google.com/analytics for more information on their activities, including how to opt out from certain data collection.
